American corn and olives salad

The sweet corn and olives in the salad dressing just melts in the mouth. The healthy dietary nutrients in the corn can be retained by either blanching or steaming. But the ancient techniques of cooking always beats in taste with the present ones. Relish on the easy flavored salad by following the recipe. 

Recipe Ingredients:
American Sweet Corn: 2
Green Olives chopped : A handful
For dressing: a tsp each of honey. lemon juice, olive oil, 
Half a tsp of chilly flakes, oregano and salt to taste

Procedure:
1. Steaming is allowed, but for an enhanced taste slow roasting on a grill is the best option. Peel off the outer layers of corn and roast it slowly on the stove, constantly rotating on the flame. 3-5 min is optimum.
2. Separate the kernels using corn peeler or a knife. Put them in a mixing bowl.



 3. Chop the olives. Oops preserved green olives but tastes yum.


 
4. Add all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix it for uniformity.


5. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and relish on the great salad.



Ain't it an easy recipe??  Salad replacing one of your meals in a day would count a lot on regularizing that little extra flab! lol. But then, must say, this is as good as heavenly finger licking delicacy.
